Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of vintage and pre-loved pieces, all sales are final. Each item is carefully inspected and thoughtfully described, and any notable details are always shown in photos. If you ever have questions or need extra images before purchasing, I’m more than happy to help ensure your piece is the perfect fit.

Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final, and refunds are not offered. Every piece is vintage or pre-loved, and I make sure to provide accurate descriptions and clear photos so you can shop with confidence. If you need additional details or close-up images before purchasing, feel free to reach out — I’m always happy to help.

My order hasn't arrived yet?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out with your order number so I can help. For tracked packages, I’ll contact the carrier, open an investigation if needed, and keep you updated every step of the way.

For untracked lettermail, delivery times can vary, and delays can happen — especially during busy seasons. While untracked mail cannot be located once sent, I’ll always do my best to support you and find a solution where possible.

My order was returned to sender?

If an order is returned because the address provided was incorrect or the parcel was left unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for paying the delivery fee again. Once the additional shipping cost is covered, the order will be resent.

Lost or undelivered parcels?

I am not responsible for any lost or undelivered parcels. Once your order is handed over to the carrier, delivery is out of my control. For extra peace of mind, I always recommend choosing tracked shipping, especially for higher-value pieces.

Do you offer local pick-ups for online orders?

Yes, we do. Keep an eye on your inbox. Please allow around 1-5 business days for your order to be ready. We’ll send you an email when your order is ready for pickup, with detailed instructions.

How long is order processing?

Order processing: 1-3 days
Order Delivery: 4-10 business days for delivery.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?

Canada-wide Shipping:
Expedited Shipping $35.00
Free ShippingOrders $350.00 and up
Standard Tracked Shipping $20.00

We no longer offer Untracked Lettermail.

International Shipping:
Shipping rates depend on product weights and details and are calculated at checkout.

During rare postage strikes or service disruptions, shipping rates may vary.

When this happens, carriers often adjust their pricing or limit certain services, which can temporarily affect the cost of shipping your order. If a strike occurs, I’ll always share the updated rates at checkout and ensure you receive the most reliable and cost-effective option available.

We’re shipping internationally and Canada-wide, coast to coast, to coast! 🇨🇦

International Shipping: Duties and Fees are noted as a separate line item when checking out for complete transparency on what you can expect to pay.

While we’re hustling to get your parcels out fast, there might be some delays because of important safety measures, bad weather, or postal strikes. But don’t worry—we offer email updates for all your tracked parcels so you can keep an eye on your new jewels.

Verification

How do you verify authenticity?

All pieces are only sourced from reputable suppliers and carefully researched to ensure authenticity. In the rare event an item is found to be inauthentic, a full refund will be issued with a valid certificate of inauthenticity.
