Wie überprüfen Sie die Echtheit?

Alle Stücke werden ausschließlich von seriösen Lieferanten bezogen und sorgfältig recherchiert, um die Echtheit zu gewährleisten. In dem seltenen Fall, dass ein Artikel als unecht befunden wird, erfolgt eine vollständige Rückerstattung gegen Vorlage eines gültigen Echtheitszertifikats.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for pickup or has shipped.

Order Delivery: 4-10 business days for delivery.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

When this happens, carriers often adjust their pricing or limit certain services, which can temporarily affect the cost of shipping your order. If a strike occurs, I’ll always share the updated rates at checkout and ensure you receive the most reliable and cost-effective option available.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)
  • Free shipping on all orders over $250 CAD.
  • $20 CAD flat rate on all orders under $250 CAD.
  • All domestic orders include tracking.
International Shipping (including EU)
  • Free shipping on all orders over $250 CAD.
  • $35 CAD flat rate on all orders under $250 CAD.
  • All international orders include tracking.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged upon delivery. TRÈS BON has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
  • TRÈS BON is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

TRÈS BON is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once they have been handed off to the carrier. If you experience an issue with your delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@shoptresbon.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will do our best to assist you.

Return & Refund Policy

Final Sale — Canadian & International Orders (excluding EU)

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.

EU Customers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at info@shoptresbon.com within 14 days of delivery. You will then have an additional 14 days to return the item. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.

 

Exceptions

Custom or personalized jewelry pieces are exempt from the EU right of withdrawal, as they are made to order and cannot be resold.
