1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for pickup or has shipped.

2. Shipping Carriers

TRÈS BON ships using a variety of carriers, including but not limited to Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order may vary depending on your location and the size of your package.

3. Local Pickup (Halifax Regional Municipality)

We offer free local pickup for customers in the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM). Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with pickup instructions and location details. Please wait for this confirmation before coming to collect your order.

4. Domestic Shipping (Canada)

  • Free shipping on all orders over $250 CAD.
  • $20 CAD flat rate on all orders under $250 CAD.
  • All domestic orders include tracking.

5. International Shipping (including EU)

  • Free shipping on all orders over $250 CAD.
  • $35 CAD flat rate on all orders under $250 CAD.
  • All international orders include tracking.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged upon delivery. TRÈS BON has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
  • TRÈS BON is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

6. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

TRÈS BON is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once they have been handed off to the carrier. If you experience an issue with your delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@shoptresbon.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will do our best to assist you.
