Return & Refund Policy

Final Sale — Canadian & International Orders (excluding EU) All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.

EU Customers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at info@shoptresbon.com within 14 days of delivery. You will then have an additional 14 days to return the item. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.

Exceptions Custom or personalized jewelry pieces are exempt from the EU right of withdrawal, as they are made to order and cannot be resold.
