Return & Refund Policy

Final Sale — Canadian & International Orders (excluding EU) All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.

EU Customers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, initiate your request through your customer account at https://account.shoptresbon.com, or contact us at info@shoptresbon.com, within 14 days of delivery. You will then have an additional 14 days to return the item. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will refund the full purchase price plus the standard outbound shipping cost you paid at checkout. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return shipment — whichever comes first — using the original payment method.

Exceptions

Custom or personalized jewelry pieces are exempt from the EU right of withdrawal, as they are made to order and cannot be resold.
