3. Products

TRÈS BON specializes in vintage and pre-loved jewelry. Because our pieces are curated, one-of-a-kind items, please note:

  • Each piece is unique and sold as described. Minor signs of age or wear are inherent to vintage items and are part of their character.
  • Product photos are taken to accurately represent each piece. Slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings.
  • Once a piece is sold, it cannot be restocked.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated.
  • For international orders (including EU customers), prices may be displayed in your local currency at checkout. Final charges are processed in CAD.
  • We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.
  • TRÈS BON reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.

5. Orders & Cancellations

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
  • Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.

6. Shipping

  • We ship from Canada. Delivery times and rates vary by destination.
  • For EU orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or VAT upon delivery. TRÈS BON is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. EU customers have additional rights under applicable consumer protection law, including a 14-day right of withdrawal.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including product photography, copy, branding, and design — is the property of TRÈS BON and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

Certain images featured on this Site are subject to third-party creative copyright and are used under license or with permission. These images remain the property of their respective copyright holders. Unauthorized reproduction or use of any copyrighted imagery is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRÈS BON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. EU consumers retain any mandatory rights afforded to them under the laws of their country of residence.
